Spring 2010 Flood & Reconstruction

Flooding started in mid-March

Several inches of water flooded the lower level

Staff and volunteers formed a 'human chain' to save all the of materials and equipment from the lower level.

Furniture & shelving was cleaned and put in storage in the parking lot

Carpet & walls were removed

Walls are now repaired/replaced and painted

The new carpet

The children's room collection is being presorted upstairs, put in boxes and brought downstairs.
